Privacy notice
Use the forms without giving us more than we need.
AppliedKit is built to study and improve small-business workflows, not to collect employee performance data, customer records, private prompts, or system access. This notice explains the limited information collected through our forms and the choices available to you.
What we collect
Most AppliedKit tools run entirely in your browser and do not send their inputs to us. The site currently has three forms:
- Feedback form: role, adoption stage, blocker, optional non-confidential workflow description, and optional email.
- Research-participation form: role, team-size band, workflow stage and scenario, non-confidential workflow description, available work perspective, email, and two explicit acknowledgements for de-identified examples and voluntary contact.
- Privacy request form: the email needed to identify the request, the form involved, request type, and an optional non-sensitive note.
Do not submit customer, employee, health, financial, contract, security, account, private-prompt, or other confidential information through any form.
Why we use it
- Feedback helps us choose and improve practical workflow tools.
- Research-participation requests help us screen, invite, and follow up with volunteers for product research.
- Privacy requests let us provide access, correct information, stop follow-up contact, or delete information where appropriate.
We do not use these responses to evaluate employee performance, build individual profiles, sell data, or send marketing unrelated to the form request.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms, the site-hosting service used by AppliedKit. Access should be limited to the people responsible for product research and form administration. We do not intentionally add behavioral advertising or third-party analytics scripts to the current site.
Hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate their service. Do not rely on this site as a secure channel for sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
We retain feedback and research requests only while they are needed for product discovery, recruitment, follow-up, or a related privacy request, and aim to delete or de-identify them within 12 months of their last meaningful use. A request to stop contact is handled separately so that we can honor it. We may retain limited information where needed to resolve a request, meet a legal obligation, or protect the service.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form. You can also ask what information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw permission for follow-up, or ask for deletion. Use the form below and include only what is necessary for us to identify your request.
Privacy request
Make a request about a form response.
We will use the email below only to identify and respond to this request. Do not include sensitive details, account numbers, customer information, or documents.
How this notice is designed
This is a practical notice for a small product-research site, not legal advice. It follows plain-language principles on purpose, consent, limited collection, retention, safeguards, openness, and access.
